That is what Forrester says to advertize its $1999 US Interactive Marketing Forecast, 2009 To 2014. So, if they announce it for that money, someones gonna buy it for that money, mostly clueless CAMOs of traditional media companies. After all, there is content you are able to sell in this world. Near useless and practically unreadable pseudoscientific digital future literature is the place to go. The absurd thing is, a person like me could most probably decode some useful things out of the paper but a person like me does not need that expensive stuff. Besides, everything in that report that is important and useful can be had for free elsewhere on the internet, like with nearly any other content these days. To come to a conclusion: you don't pay for the content in content you pay for some real or imagined magic. The worse for you if the magic is not real and you pay only for your own phantasy because you are not competent or courageous enough to just have them and need to pay for the permission.

ANFSCD* The principal author of that pdf is one Shar VanBoskirk, a vice president, senior analyst, Harvard graduate. For sure and safe this is a hard working and very intelligent woman. You do not make it to the upper echelons of a company like Forrester and the associated salary without those properties. Her summary also says she's a popular speaker at conferences. She is on Facebook and LinkedIn. Of course Shar's authoring a blog. I for one am a regular reader of that blog.

So, we can conclude, Shar has made it, she's getting good appreciation from people that have something to say. Does she have enough fun in her life? You bet. For sure she travels and goes for skiing and river rafting for 3 weeks per year guaranteed. Where is the Leo? That's what we used to say, when we were kids.
